The trunk is made of plastic with a moulded-in grey-brown bark structure, so it doesn't look smooth or glossy. The branches have a flexible core and the small, round leaves are made of polyester in two shades of green, so the branch layers don't look flat. Everything is colourfast for indoor use. You receive the tree in a 21 cm nursery pot, ready to place in a decorative pot.

The tree is about 180 cm tall, measured from the bottom of the nursery pot to the topmost leaves. If you place it in a decorative pot, the part of the pot that rises above the nursery pot is added on top; with a tall pot that can add 10 to 20 cm. Keep this in mind for low ceilings or a spot under a sloped wall.

Yes. The branches are flexible, so after unpacking you carefully spread them out until the horizontal layers are clear of one another again. Want the tree narrower, for example in a corner? Push the branches on the wall side slightly inward. Pull them outward instead, and the crown becomes wider and more open. You can adjust this as often as you like.

Occasional dusting is all it needs. Go over the branches layer by layer with a feather duster or soft cloth, from top to bottom. A hairdryer on the cold setting blows dust out of the denser spots near the trunk. For stubborn dirt, wipe the leaves with a slightly damp cloth. Watering, pruning or repotting is never necessary.

The nursery pot is 21 cm in diameter. Below the price you'll see exactly which decorative pots from our collection fit, and when ordering you can add a pot and filler material directly. A pot that's somewhat heavier and more spacious than the nursery pot gives a tree of this height stability and a calm base. A tall pot enhances the slender line of the trunk.

The tree is made for indoor use: an office, hallway, dining room or living room. It can also stand in a conservatory, veranda or covered entrance, as long as it stays dry and isn't in full sun all day. Rain and permanent direct sunlight will eventually fade the polyester. Indoors, the colour stays true to the photo for years.
