Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements of Florafy B.V., located at De Bruidsbogerd 3, 2671 DK Naaldwijk.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, quote and agreement between Florafy B.V. and the business customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
3. Registration and ordering
Business customers register with company details (Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number). The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and securing login credentials. Orders are placed via the business ordering platform.
4. The agreement
An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email. Florafy reserves the right to refuse orders for valid reasons.
5. Right of withdrawal
For business customers (B2B), no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original condition. Contact info@florafy.eu for this.
6. Conformity and warranty
Products must conform to the description on the website. The customer must inspect products upon receipt. Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Florafy offers a 2-year warranty on artificial plants with normal use.
7. Prices and payment
All prices on zakelijk.florafy.eu are in euros and exclusive of VAT. Business customers receive a 10% discount on the entire range. Payment is made via the offered payment methods. In case of late payment, Florafy is entitled to charge statutory commercial interest.
8. Delivery
Florafy aims to deliver within 1-5 business days. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. The risk of the products passes to the customer upon delivery. If an incorrect address is provided, return costs are at the customer's expense.
9. Minimum order value
For business orders, a minimum order value of €200 excl. VAT applies.
10. Liability
Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery. Florafy's liability is limited to the invoice amount. Indirect damage, including consequential damage and lost profits, is excluded.
11. Force majeure
Florafy is not liable in case of force majeure, including: strikes, government measures, shortage of raw materials, transport problems or failure of suppliers.
12. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted at info@florafy.eu. Florafy aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Florafy B.V. Use without written permission is not allowed.

Florafy processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. See our privacy policy for more information.
15. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
