Shipping & Delivery
Everything about shipping, delivery times and returns for business orders.
Shipping
- ✓Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from our warehouse in Naaldwijk.
- ✓Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders from €200 excl. VAT (minimum order value).
- ✓Shipping to Belgium and Germany available — shipping costs are shown at checkout.
- ✓Large orders are shipped on pallets for maximum protection.
Packaging
- ✓All products are carefully packed in specially designed boxes with inserts so plants cannot move during transport.
- ✓Larger plants and trees are transported upright by our transport partners.
- ✓Delivery to the front door at ground level. For larger orders, delivery by truck with tail lift can be arranged.
Delivery times
- ✓Standard delivery time: 1-5 business days.
- ✓Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday are shipped on Tuesday.
- ✓When ordering multiple plants, items may arrive in separate packages.
- ✓For project orders with specific deadlines: contact us for custom planning.
Returns
- ✓Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery, provided products are unused and in their original condition.
- ✓First contact us at info@florafy.eu with your order number.
- ✓Pack the product carefully in the original packaging or a sturdy box.
- ✓Send returns to: Florafy, De Bruidsbogerd 3, 2671 DK Naaldwijk. Use a shipping method with track & trace.
- ✓Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after receipt at our warehouse.
Received a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 4 business days at info@florafy.eu with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
