The stems are made of plastic with a green cane-style finish and knots, and the leaves are made of polyester with embossed veins and a matte finish. Each leaflet is individually attached to the leaf stem, so the whole moves as you walk past it. The plant comes in a black 19 cm grow pot and is ready to be placed in a decorative pot.
Unfolded, the plant measures approximately 90 to 110 cm from leaf tip to leaf tip, depending on how far you spread the stems. For a corner, push the leaves on the wall side inward and fan the rest forward, keeping the width around 70 cm. For a freestanding spot, spread everything evenly.
The plant is approximately 130 cm tall measured from the bottom of the grow pot. In a decorative pot, add the part that sticks up above the grow pot, which can quickly be 10 to 20 cm with a tall pot. If you want it exactly at eye level next to a sofa, choose a low, wide decorative pot instead of a tall column.
Once a month, run a feather duster or soft cloth from the stem to the leaf tip over the leaves. If dust gets between the leaflets, blow it away with a hairdryer on the cold setting. For stubborn dirt, wipe the leaf with a slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. That's all that's needed.

Yes. Since nothing is alive, humidity or a cool corner has no effect on the plant, so a bathroom is fine. It can also stand in a conservatory or covered veranda, as long as it stays dry and isn't in full sun day in, day out: rain and permanent direct sunlight can cause polyester to fade over time.
