The stem is made of natural wood with a fine bark structure, which varies slightly per piece. The narrow, lance-shaped leaves and the deep pink flowers are made of polyester. The leaf has a midrib and a light sheen, just like an oleander by the Mediterranean Sea. The colours are colourfast, so indoors they will stay looking like the photo for years.
The total height is about 150 cm, measured from the bottom of the grow pot to the top flowers. Because you shape the branches yourself, this can vary by a few centimetres. If you choose a tall decorative pot, add the part of the pot that rises above the grow pot to that.
Yes. The branches contain flexible wire, so after unpacking you shake the crown loose and spread the branches as you like. Pull them outward slightly for a wider, rounder crown, or keep them closer together for a slender tree. Then position the flower clusters so they point outward; this gives the nicest look.
An artificial plant needs no water or light, just an occasional dusting. Go over the leaves and flowers with a feather duster or a soft, slightly damp cloth. A hairdryer on the cold setting works well between the branches. That's all the maintenance it needs; the colours stay just like in the photo.
